Yong'an Vibratory Pile Hammer Applied in the pile foundation construction of Qingdao Bay Bridge
Qingdao Bay Bridge is 35.4kms long which begins from Yang Jiaqun entrance, passing Jiaozhou Bay waters, to Huangdao Red Cliff. The bridge is designed to be used for 100 years. It is an important part of city's development.

» Construction Condition
- 1. This area is famous for its traveling resources. Thus the construction of the bridge must be compatible with local environment. Besides, it is a key area for cultivation and tours. All these make a high requirement of construction quality.
- 2. Furthermore, this area also is subject to erosion, which requests highly for the durability.
- 3. The bridge is located in freezing waters where the frozen period is 60 days a year.
- 4. Qindao Bay Bridge is built in wide and shallow waters, thus a lot of difficulties in choosing proper construction scheme.
Yong'an Machinery took part in the project by providing 17 sets of vibratory hammers, such as DZ-60, DZ-90, DZJ-135, DZJ-180 and DZJ-300. Besides, our company also participated by offering selecting appropriate models, operation and maintenance services.
