180 PP Power Pack

Introduction

YONGAN power pack is manufactured to optimize the hydraulic pressure for a constant stability of the job performance on high efficiency of operation with YONGAN piling equipment. It is made by our high-tech CNC operated machinery. Open loop hydraulic system ensures easy assembly and maintenance. Power pack for hydraulic impact hammer is equipped with high quality hydraulic pump and top brand engine, thus maximum efficiency and reliability is ensured. The power unit is using sound proof frame with heavy steel enclosure, so noise levels are significantly reduced for a friendly operation environment. High cooling capacity of hydraulic system provides a stable hydraulic system and together with oversized radiator ensures no overheating problems. Hose power varies from 120P to 1320P for wide selection of YONGAN vibro hammer or impact hammer range.

Technical Parameters of 180PP Power Pack

180PP power pack for hydraulic impact hammer has motor power of 180hp, operation pressure of 24mpa, and fuel capacity of 400L. In addition, its oil tank can hold 800L oil. And the maximum oil flow is up to 200L/min.

The power pack control panel is designed according to the easy operation principle and people’s using habit. We are using indication gauge to showing electrical and hydraulic system.
7.Remote Control
Remote control has main functions like emergency stop, engine speed adjust, clamp on/off, vibro operation. It ensures operator control piling or extracting in a long distance from piling area.

» Maintenances of Power Pack

1. Hydraulic oil should be changed in time.
2. Please check the tightness of the sealing elements regularly.
3. Oil tank should be tightly sealed to incoming of water and clutter.
4. Suction port of oil pump should be sealed to prevent air

» Payment and Delivery

30% deposit payment should be paid after signing the contract. Full payment should be paid before delivery. The package and delivery of power pack can be arranged as required.
