550 PP Power Pack

Introduction

YONGAN power pack is manufactured to optimize the hydraulic pressure for a constant stability of the job performance on high efficiency of operation with YONGAN piling equipment. It is made by our high-tech CNC operated machinery. Open loop hydraulic system ensures easy assembly and maintenance. Equipped with high quality hydraulic pump and top brand engine, maximum efficiency and reliability of hydraulic pile hammer power unit are ensured. The power unit is using sound proof frame with heavy steel enclosure, thus noise levels are significantly reduced for a friendly operation environment. High cooling capacity of hydraulic system provides a stable hydraulic system and together with oversized radiator ensures no overheating problems. Hose power varies from 120P to 1320P for wide selection of YONGAN vibro hammer or impact hammer range.

Technical Parameters of 550PP Power Pack

As the table shows, hydraulic pile hammer power pack uses Cummins KTA19 C525 with 550HP engine power and 24mpa operating pressure. Besides, its maximum oil flow can reach 680L/min and the oil tank capacity is 2000L, while the fuel capacity is 600L.

The power pack control panel is designed according to the easy operation principle and people’s using habit. We are using indication gauge to showing electrical and hydraulic system.
7.Remote Control
Remote control has functions as emergency stop, engine speed adjust, clamp on/off, vibro operation. It ensures operator control piling or extracting in a long distance from piling area.

» Maintenances of Power Pack

1. Hydraulic oil should be changed in time.
2. Please check the tightness of the sealing elements regularly.
3. Oil tank should be tightly sealed to incoming of water and clutter.
4. Suction port of oil pump should be sealed to prevent air.

» Payment and Delivery

30% deposit payment should be paid after signing the contract. Full payment should be paid before delivery. Machine package and delivery can be arranged as you require.
