» Description

   The medium electric vibratory hammer adopts resonance theory in designing. It is composed of hammer, clamp and power control box. There are different types of electric vibrating hammers according to the motor power, such as DZJ120, DZJ135, DZJ150 and DZJ180 medium vibratory hammers. » Maintenance
1. Electromotor of Medium Electric Vibratory Hammer
(1) Please consult electromotor instructions.
(2) Worn-out wires from connecting box should be wrapped with insulating tape and then be wrapped up with PVC tape. Seriously damaged wires should be replaced.
(3) Users should fasten the loose screw and replace the broken one so as not to damage the electromotor.
(4) Refill the main motor bearings with oil.
(5) If the temperature exceeds the allowable value, these vibrating hammers should stop. After troubleshoot, the electric vibratory hammers can work again.
2. Medium Electric Vibratory Hammer Host
(1) The tank should be erect when it is filled with oil and the refilling oil shouldn't be too much. It is appropriate when the refilling oil reaches the red point of the oil level indicator.
(2) When filling the tank, (after 40 hours for the first refilling and 300 hours for afterwards refilling) detach the drain plug at the bottom of the tank in order to let out the original oil. And then open the flank, get rid of the greasy dirt, dust and left powder of metals and screw up the drain plug, add fresh oil into the tank.
(3) Varieties of screws and nuts should be checked as often as possible. The loose ones should be fastened. And the broken ones should be replaced.

» Operation & Attention
1. Operation
(1) Turn on the power switch of medium electric vibratory hammer.
(2) Open the switch of control box .
(3) Start electric vibrating hammer.
(4) Press the “Start” button of the vibratory hammers.
(5) If it needs stopping, just press the “Stop” button.
(6) After completion of piling, turn off the general switch on the control box and the power switch.
2. Attention
(1) The worn-out or broken slinging steel wires should be replaced immediately in case medium electric vibratory hammer falls off.
(2) The operating staff must be trained before they start working. Besides, they should be familiar with the functions and performances of the equipments, especially the operation methods.
(3) The control box must be connected to the ground.
(4) Nobody is allowed to stand under medium electric vibratory hammers.
(5) When it is time for rest, the switch on the control box, together with the switch on the switch board which is closest to the power source, should be turned off.
(6) It is not suitable to start up the electric vibrating hammers in bad weather. Under this condition, vibratory hammers should be kept properly. If they are exposed outdoors, the medium electric vibrating hammers should be covered with plastic cloth so as to avoid being splashed wet.
(7) The maximum voltage is 380V (1±5%), or the motor will be burnt out.
(8) The medium electric vibratory hammers should be stopped when abnormal noise appears. Then check and fasten the loose screws, motor bearings and synchromesh gears so as to remove the stoppage.
(9) Auxiliary steel wire ropes should be used to connect the pile pipe and hammer or chuck when driving or pulling pile without materials.
(10) When the pile falls to the specified level, the main motor should stop. The pile cannot be loosened until the main motor completely stops (refer to the hydraulic clamp condition). If adjustment is needed, cut off the power source.
