DZJ240 Large Electric Vibratory Hammer
DZJ240 large electric vibratory hammer, also called automatic hammer, vibratory hammer, electric driver and electric hammer, adopts the resonance theory as its design principle. The hammer, with electric machine as kernel component, mainly consists of three parts-hammerhead, clamp, and control box. And it is provided with energy by dynamo. Such pile engine shares popular applications in building inhabitance, undergrounds, motorways and a variety of foundation treatment construction.
2. The automatic hammer is equipped with weights which can strengthen pile driving. The great storage of energy in coil spring contributes in improving the efficiency of pile driving. And a good damping effect can be achieved and the pile frame will be well protected in pile pulling.
When used in the pile frames, large electric vibratory hammer can drive cast-in-place concrete piles, lime piles, and sand piles. While if equipped with clamp, this pile engine works very well to drive and pull steel casing piles, steel sheet piles, joist piles and concrete precast piles.
With custom designed concrete clamp, large electric vibratory hammer can be used for various types of pre-made concrete piles, cast-in-place concrete pile, concrete expanded bore pile, lime pile and stone column pile.
2. Cofferdam
Automatic hammer is used to drive sheet pile to build the coffer wall. It is high efficiency to drive and pull sheet piles.
3. Trestle Work and Offshore Working Platform
Drive sheet pile or casing pile to build working passage and platform before build bridge, dork, port, etc. It is easy to build and easy to remove.
4. Wind Mill Single Pile and Group Pile
It is efficient to use large electric vibratory hammer to drive casing pile into the sea , environmentally friendly and easy to adjust.

Line pull, amplitude and eccentric moment of large electric hammer should be taken into account, for they can reflect the strength of the electric hammer. In addition, please do pay attention to different hammers' requirements for corollary equipment.
30% deposit payment should be paid after signing the contract. Full payment should be paid before delivery.
The hammer and clamp can be packaged with thin film, and the control cabinet and components can be packed with wooden box (depending on clients' requirements).
