DZJ300 Large Electric Vibratory Hammer
With the adoption of resonance theory, Yong'an large electric vibratory hammer can be adapted for driving cast-in-place piles, lime piles, sand piles and all kinds of steel piles and precast piles. Powered by an electric motor, vibrating pile driver is agreeable for building dwellings, workshops, subways, motorways and other foundation treatment constructions. This large electric vibratory hammer is made up of a hammer, a clamp and a power control box.
2. Vibrating pile driver is equipped with a heavy on the damper. As the larger storage of energy in the spring, the use of this hammer will greatly improve pile driving efficiency. And the good damping effect helps to well protect the frame.
When used in the pile frames, large electric vibratory hammer can drive cast-in-place concrete piles, lime piles, and sand piles. While if equipped with clamp, this pile driver works very well to drive and pull steel casing piles, steel sheet piles, joist piles and concrete precast piles.
With custom designed concrete clamp, large electric vibratory hammer can be used for various types of pre-made concrete piles, cast-in-place concrete pile, concrete expanded bore pile, lime pile and stone column pile.

30% deposit payment should be paid after signing the contract. Full payment should be paid before delivery.
The hammer and clamp can be packaged with thin film, and the control cabinet and components can be packed with wooden box (depending on clients' requirements).
